• If you choose a full listing you will have your own web page which you can use to display forthcoming events, special offers, sale prices etc. It will be your responsibility to keep these up to date. 
• Please make every effort to display only facts and not opinions and certainly nothing derogatory about your competitors.
• If you request a listing other than the basic one, you will be billed when the request has been validated,  *and 'paid for' listing details will be removed if the invoice is not settled within two weeks.
• Membership only applies to those with a paid listing, i.e. Medium, Full or premium. Benefits associated with membership will only apply if payment has been made in full.
• Payments are for a full year from the invoice date. If you request an upgrade during that time, you will be invoiced accordingly and the listing will run for a year from the date that the upgrade request is validated. There will be no refund of the remaining time to run on the lower listing.
• If you wish to downgrade your listing, you will not be charged for the change, and there will be no refund of the difference between higher and lower listings.
• Whilst we will make all reasonable efforts to maintain continuity of service, Cybourhood accepts no responsibility for interruptions to that service or for any losses that may result.
• Refunds will only be made in the event of complete cessation of service
